Urban Gymnastics (formerly our parkour program) is a gymnastics class unlike any other. Focusing first on safety rolls in every direction and from every height we learn how to correctly fall to avoid injuries. We safely explore flips, wall runs, vaults, kongs, handstands, bar swings, and pretty much every other creative way to move through an environment.
Our program is still developing and is currently divided into 3 levels:
- Urban Gymnastics 1 (beginner)
- Urban Gymnastics 2 (intermediate)
- Urban Gymnastics 3 (advanced)
